Deeply Rooted Counseling

Meet Hannah Shaw, MA LPC

From a young age, I knew my calling was to be a counselor. I've always felt a deep connection to others through listening, encouraging, and offering support. These natural inclinations, combined with my own life journey, inspired me to pursue a career in counseling.

I earned my BA in Psychology from LeTourneau University and a Masters in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. My academic journey provided the foundation for a compassionate and evidence-based approach to therapy.

Over the years, I've worked with both adolescents and adults in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient programs at psychiatric hospitals, conducting psychological assessments, and practicing in private settings. My diverse background has equipped me with the skills and experience to help clients navigate their unique challenges.

I'm deeply committed to working with individuals, couples, and families, guiding them to grow stronger and more resilient, leaving them better prepared to face everyday life with confidence and hope.

When I am not counseling, I am spending time with my two kids and my husband of 13 years! You’ll often find me lost in a good book, designing cards, or enjoying a movie night with my family.
